Kiara Bailey, Marketing Manager, HP  The journey so far...WOW! This journey takes courage and commitment, but man oh man the return is out of this world! Deliver the Package forced me to take a deep look at who I am and what I want, and not in a superficial way. I'm talking about getting to the real root. I have 12 years of corporate experience and training at two well-respected Fortune 500 companies. I learned very quickly that DTP was unlike any other coaching program. Getting started was a bit of a struggle because giving the "right" answers or the answers that my corporate training had conditioned me to give were not enough for me to get at the core of what I wanted out of this life both personally and professionally. It wasn't helping me to deliver my package. I got stuck a few times before things began to really click. Then the paths I needed to take and the decisions I needed to make became crystal clear. There was an endless stream of aha moments! That's not to say the butterflies went away – but I had a deeper understanding of who I was and what I truly wanted. I'm not even sure I can put into words how I feel about Stephanie as a coach, but I will try. She knows when and how to administer tough love. There were times when I was trying to cut corners and not give 100%. Stephanie would call me on it - in her gentle but firm way. She's so genuine. I was humbled by her honesty and how vulnerable she was willing to make herself to her clients. I felt that she was a guide that had already taken every step I was taking and was willing to take them again with me. Now I can recognize the warning signs when I'm not delivering my package, and more importantly, I know how I feel when I am delivering my package – there's no better feeling! - Kiara |
